Our team

Since establishing Scotlind in 2003, David Maxwell has led an experienced team across a range of complex projects, all of them challenging but ultimately successful. He provides management consultant advisory services and project director services to owners, consultants, contractors and subcontractors.

David’s philosophy is to create an environment that is driven toward success, building positive attitudes amongst the team and the stakeholder group. His expertise lies with the inception, management and completion of projects on time and on budget with the desired quality. His extensive experience encompasses:
